Where can I find the latest dealer pricing information?

For the latest dealer pricing please contact your sales rep or login to the b2b portal.

Where do I access the B2B portal for ordering?

To access the B2B portal please go here. If you cannot log in please contact [email protected] or your sales rep for assistance.

If you forgot your password for the dealer portal please try to reset your password using the build in password reset feature.

If you need to update the email address associated with your b2b portal please reach out to [email protected] or email your sales rep.

How do I check on my order status?

For orders shipping to an address within the United States please send to [email protected].

For orders shipping outside the United States, please email your order to [email protected].

For assistance with any order please email [email protected] with your request for an update on your order status. Please include your account name and number, your PO reference, your Peak Design order number, or tracking information if you have it.

For orders placed through our B2B portal, please log into the portal and check the status of your order. You can always email your sales representative for help on an order as well.
