This Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Prevention Policy reflects Peak Design’s commitment to equal employment opportunity and a respectful workplace.  It details Peak Design’s program for carrying out that commitment by preventing unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation from occurring in the work environment.  This policy protects individuals who perform services for the Company in the workplace, including Company employees, contractors, interns, and volunteers.  This policy refers to this broad category of protected persons as “individuals.”
